The application process is all handled by FACTS. Applications will be accepted March 1, 2016 through April 30, 2016. Parents will be notified of the amount of aid that we can offer by May 30, 2016.

  • All families who need assistance paying tuition are encouraged to apply.
  • Applications and financial information will be submitted directly to FACTS, via the FACTS Grant and Aid website. Personal financial information will not pass through the ACA office. Please make sure you have your FACTS account sign in information ready.  
  • Applications will be accepted beginning March 1, 2016.
  • The final deadline for tuition assistance applications is April 30, 2016.
  • All enrollment forms and fees must be submitted to ACA before a family can apply for financial aid.
  • ACA will notify families of the amount of tuition assistance they will receive by May 31, 2016.
